The clinic will be held in Burlington, Colorado from 8 am to 5 pm on Tuesday July 31st at the Burlington Community and Education Center, 340 S. 14th St., Burlington, Colorado, 80807. The fee for the clinic is $20 per person, $25 per couple, or $5 for a student. Lunch will be provided.
